Asan Pardakht Company (AP), established in May 2009, was founded with the goal of operating in the field of electronic data payment systems. The company’s main objective is to expand and facilitate electronic payment services.
All components of this system are designed based on the “Regulations on Payment Service Providers” set by the Central Bank of Iran’s Payment Systems Department, and structured to cover a wide range of electronic payment types.

This goal has been achieved through the use of advanced equipment and tools for transaction acceptance and transfer—technologies that are in line with the world’s most up-to-date electronic payment systems.
With the Central Bank’s PSP (Payment Service Provider) license, Asan Pardakht continues its activities in marketing, installation, and support of EFT–POS terminals.

Since its establishment, the company has built its foundation on three key principles: speed, quality, and responsiveness. Based on these values, in a short period it succeeded in launching 29 branches and deploying over 48,000 POS terminals (and 84,000 terminals by the end of 2011). Among these, 62,000 terminals belong to Maskan Bank, with the remainder being Asan Pardakht’s proprietary POS devices.

The electronic payment service plan (PSP), implemented by Asan Pardakht through integration with banking networks and POS terminals, aims to:

  • Support the development of electronic banking in Iran
  • Reduce government costs associated with cash printing and distribution
  • Provide easy and efficient payment solutions for organizations and e-commerce entities
  • Boost non-oil exports and accelerate the money circulation cycle to stimulate the economy
  • Achieve economic profitability through significant value creation
  • Generate employment opportunities

The collaboration between Toranj Production and Asan Pardakht (AP) began in 2012.
